This
is not a recipe, but rather a nice technique.
You can prepare any types of ribs using this approach; the
only difference is roasting time. For this recipe I use pork
ribs.
Ok, let's start.
You will need the following:
Pork Ribs
10-12 carrots
Seasoning of your choice (I like Cajun Seasoning)
Salt
Barbeque sauce of your choice (I like Famous Dave's Rich
& Sassy)
Place carrots on the bottom of the baking tray.
Season ribs with salt and seasoning of your choice.
Place ribs on the top of the carrots and cover with foil.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and roast it for 2 hours.
After the ribs are done cooking, remove the aluminum foil
and brush it with Barbeque Sauce of your choice and cook for
another 5 minutes in oven or you can finish it off on
barbeque grill.
