3 L of water
1 bag prepared coleslaw (dry, no dressing)
1 cauliflower, chopped
3 potatoes, diced
250 g green beans, fresh or frozen
Fresh coriander, chopped
Fresh dill, chopped
Place
cauliflower in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Add coleslaw and green beans and cook for 8 minutes more.
Add potatoes and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
Add dill and coriander before serving. Season to taste with
salt.
Serve with a teaspoon of sour cream per bowl. For best
results, simmer rather than boil. The soup will be clear
like water.
